Electric circuit failure of electric forklift

Regardless of any mechanical equipment, after long-term use, there will be some large and small faults and problems. The electric forklift is the same when used. After the electric forklift has been used for a long time, it will also inevitably fail. For example, the electric power system of the electric forklift is faulty. It mainly means that the charging voltage is too low. High or not charged.

1. When the engine of an electric forklift is in operation, there is a case where the light bulb is easily burned, or the electrolyte of the battery is excessively consumed. The voltage value at both ends of the battery of the lower electric forklift or the generator of the vehicle is measured by using a voltage measurement circuit that can use the multimeter. If the value exceeds the standard value, it proves that the voltage charged by the electric forklift is too high. It may be because the regulator operating voltage has failed.

2. When the electric forklift's engine is in normal operation, the charging indicator lights up or the ammeter points to a negative direction, then it proves that the electric forklift's generator does not generate electricity and the battery is not charging. The main cause of this failure is the failure of electrical lines, regulators, generators, etc., and the need for maintenance.

3. When the electric forklift's engine is in operation, when the charge indicator flashes and the ammeter is swinging around zero, you can use the multimeter's trip voltage to measure the electric forklift battery or the vehicle to generate electricity. What is the voltage value at both ends of the machine. If the voltage value is lower than the standard value, it proves that the voltage of the electric forklift is too low. This condition is mainly caused by a malfunction of the regulator's operating voltage or a malfunction of the rotor, the stator inside the generator, loose belts, etc.
