(3) YD-3A and YD-4 drum type electric separator
These two types of electric sorting machines are currently the largest electric sorting equipment in China . The YD-3A type has three drums arranged in the vertical line, while the YD-4 type has two drums arranged in parallel. The drum diameters of both types are 300. Mm, the length of the tube is 2 meters. 3A type, because the drum is arranged up and down, the conductors, medium mines and non-conductor products of the previous drum can be easily accessed into the second or third drum according to the needs of the product. This is the superiority of multiple drums. Since the electrode structure and the drum structure of the two models are completely compatible with the high-voltage power supply, they are described together. The difference between the two types of electric separators and other drum type electric separators is mainly the electrode structure. The corona pole is not a common nickel- chromium resistance wire, but a thin steel sheet with a thickness of 0.1 mm, which is also called For the blade electrode, install 7 blade corona poles. The electrode structure of these two types of electric separators has the advantage of fully utilizing and strengthening the corona electric field, and adopting the blade corona pole to prevent the corona pole from being burnt due to spark discharge. However, there are also serious shortcomings. It is precisely the use of corona is extremely excessive. Although the concentrate grade will be higher, the recovery rate will inevitably be low, and the amount of medium ore will be large, which will increase the difficulty in selecting the latter section.

This is mainly used for two devices currently featured titanium iron ore, cassiterite separation scheelite and other heavy minerals sorting. In addition, this machine is too cumbersome, and the processing power and effect are not ideal. The YD-4 type is more flexible and the height is greatly reduced.
