1. The SF400/E type contactor is used for anti-swing test on the 241 inner ring pump. This motor is a direct start method. Iii According to the normal starting operation procedure, pressing the start button can start the motor normally. Press the stop button for more than 0.5 and 1 second, then the contactor will be disconnected.
4 Test results Through the above test, it was proved that the anti-sweeping FS/E type contactor has the effect of preventing "sweeping electricity".
2. The FS-MDII/E type delay module is used for the anti-sway electrical test on the 2# pump prior to filtration. The original contactor is a Siemens contactor. Since the working principle of the contactor coil is to maintain the exchange and exchange, it can be added directly. The anti-skid electrical delay module is used to prevent "shocking" and the motor is a direct start method.

The FS-MDII/E type delay module is specially developed for the enterprise to solve the problem of non-stop operation. The contactor can be tripped by the set time delay when the electric shock occurs.

Iii According to the normal starting operation procedure, the start button is pressed to start the motor normally. After the stop button is pressed for more than 1.5 seconds, the contactor is disconnected and the motor stops running.
Iv Set the delay delay time of the delay module to 4.5 seconds.
v According to the normal operation procedure, the start button is pressed to start the motor normally. If the stop button is pressed, the motor does not stop. (Because the time for pressing the stop button is less than 4.5 seconds, the contactor will not be disconnected and it will continue to be turned on).
Vi Press the normal starting operation program, press the start button to start the motor normally. After pressing the stop button for more than 4.5 seconds, the contactor will be disconnected and the motor will stop running.
4 Test results Through the above test, it can be proved that the "shocking power" problem can be solved by using the anti-swing electrical delay module.

FS-ZD/E restart controller 1 Overview The “Shudden” restart controller is used to protect the continuity of production. When the power supply system “shocks electricity” and the running motor is shut down due to the electrical network shaking, such as the power grid When the time allowed to return to normal, the motor will start the motor that has caused the shutdown due to the stun power according to the preset restart time. If the grid does not return to normal within the allowable time, the controller will block the program and will no longer start the equipment. According to the needs, if there are multiple motors at the site that need to be restarted in batches, you can restart in batches by setting different restart times.

Ii press the stop button contactor immediately disconnected, press the start button again after about 1 second, the motor restarts, the motor starting instantaneous current is 230A, the starting time is less than 0.5 seconds, the running current is 60A after starting, and the pump outlet pressure during the restart is basically constant.
3 The restart of the test results has little impact on the production process, and has little impact on the power grid, and it can also play a role in preventing “shocking”.
